General Provisions

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the baji sports platform and its users. The term "platform" as used here refers to the bajisports.cam website, its mobile version, and all associated services.

By registering or beginning to use the services on baji sports, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any term, you are requested to refrain from using the platform.

These terms and conditions are written in Bengali. In the event of any conflict between versions in different languages, the Bengali version will be considered the authoritative one.

Account Registration

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each user may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name, on the same device, or from the same network connection is strictly prohibited. In such cases, baji sports reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts.

2.2 Registration Information

All information provided when creating an account must be true, accurate, and up to date. Registering with false information may result in permanent closure of the account and cancellation of any pending transactions.

2.3 Updating Information

If any personal information changes — such as a mobile number or email address — it must be updated in the account profile without delay. The user is responsible for any issues arising from outdated information.

Age Verification and Identity

3.1 Minimum Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 years old to participate on baji sports. Account registration or participation in any betting activity by those under 21 is strictly prohibited.

3.2 KYC Verification Process

As part of large withdrawal requests, suspicious activity reviews, or routine security checks, baji sports may at any time request a copy of a user's national ID card or passport for identity verification. Relevant transactions may be put on hold until verification is complete.

3.3 Multiple Accounts Under the Same Identity

Only one account is permitted per national ID card number or passport number. If multiple accounts are found under the same identity document, all accounts and the balances held in them will be forfeited.

Account Security

4.1 Password Confidentiality

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details — username, password, and OTP — completely confidential. This information should not be shared with anyone, and baji sports will never ask for your password.

4.2 Unauthorized Access

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact customer support immediately. The user is responsible for any bets or transactions made through unauthorized use, unless it is proven that the breach occurred due to a platform-side data leak.

4.3 Inactive Accounts

For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, baji sports may reach out for security purposes or temporarily restrict access.

Deposits and Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

baji sports currently accepts bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay for deposits. A minimum deposit of ৳100 can be made using these methods.

5.2 Transactions Through Own Account

Deposits must be made from a mobile payment account registered in the user's own name. Funds sent from a third-party account are not accepted, and baji sports reserves the right to return or hold such funds.

5.3 Deposit Processing

After a successful payment, the deposit is generally credited to the account quickly. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact customer support with proof of payment.

Withdrawals and Settlement

6.1 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum amount for withdrawing funds from an account is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit and to the registered mobile number.

6.2 Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. If identity verification or a security review is required, this time may increase.

6.3 Withdrawal Rejection

baji sports may reject or put on hold a withdrawal request in any of the following cases: verification is incomplete; bonus wagering requirements have not been met; fraud is suspected; or an appeal is pending on the account.

Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Welcome Bonus

The baji sports welcome bonus is a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before it can be withdrawn. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus, making the balance ৳3,000; before withdrawing, ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered.

7.2 General Bonus Terms

Each bonus offer has specific wagering requirements, an expiry period, and eligibility conditions. Before claiming any bonus, the specific terms of that offer should be read.

• Bonuses may only be claimed for your own account — not on behalf of someone else.
• Withdrawal from a bonus balance is not possible before the wagering requirements are met.
• If the wagering requirement for a bonus is not met within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

7.3 Other Promotions

Weekly rewards, cricket festival bonuses, referral rewards, and other promotions have their own terms. baji sports reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion, particularly when a technical error or evidence of abuse is found.

Betting Rules

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets become valid only after confirmation. A bet is not valid until it has been successfully placed. baji sports is not responsible for incomplete bets caused by internet disconnection.

8.2 Odds Changes

The odds displayed at the time a bet is submitted are final. However, baji sports reserves the right to cancel bets placed at incorrect odds due to a clear technical error.

8.3 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If a sporting event is cancelled or ends before the scheduled time, bets on that event will be settled according to baji sports policy. Generally, if an event is cancelled, the staked amount is refunded.

8.4 Live Betting

During live betting, odds change quickly. If a bet cannot be placed at the selected odds due to a connection delay or any other reason at the time of submission, the option to accept at the new odds or cancel will be provided.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baji sports platform, and if detected, the account will be permanently closed:

• Providing incorrect or false information on an account.
• Operating multiple accounts for the same person.
• Bonus abuse — such as repeatedly claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Attempting to meet wagering requirements using low-risk bets (bonus washing).
• Placing bets using software bots or automated methods.
• Deliberately exploiting any technical error on the platform.
• Using the account for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.

Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Suspension by baji sports

baji sports may immediately suspend or permanently close any account due to rule violations, suspicious activity, or the need for identity verification. Pending bets on a suspended account may be cancelled and the balance may be held.

10.2 Closure by the User

Any user may request closure of their own account at will. In this case, the valid balance will be returned after all pending bets have been settled.

10.3 Appeal Process

If you have an objection regarding an account suspension, you may appeal through customer support. After the necessary evidence is submitted, baji sports will review the matter as quickly as possible.

Limitation of Liability

The baji sports platform is provided on an "as is" basis. baji sports does not bear liability for losses in the following circumstances:

• Bets not placed due to internet disconnection or network issues.
• Software or hardware problems on the user's device.
• Delays from third-party payment gateways or mobile banking services.
• Account information being exposed due to the user's own negligence.

However, baji sports will take appropriate action for direct losses caused by server errors or technical problems on the platform.
